We began 2026 in the best possible way on January 18: by receiving a new young member into our congregation. Victoria “Tori” Ann Agostino, who has been attending Grace Union for some time, asked to become a full member of our church family; and she will also soon become a full member of one of our church families, Dave, Wendy and Danny Dorfman, when she is married to Danny in May 2026. That’s a double cause for celebration for both her and Grace Union, where Tori and Danny’s wedding will take place.

And not only that, but Tori, who was baptized in the Catholic Church as a young child, also asked to reaffirm her baptism vows, along with taking new vows as a member of Grace Union United Methodist Church. Another double celebration! Wendy Dorfman accompanied and assisted Tori and Pastor John Coleman in the beautiful and blessed ceremony.

A light reception followed, where we all welcomed and celebrated our new member.
